Yes. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before your parking start time. The link to cancel or modify your booking is in your confirmation email.

If your return flight is delayed, let the car park know your expected arrival time using the contact details in your confirmation email. Any charges for extended parking and arrangements for the transfer depend on your chosen car park’s terms. After landing, follow the instructions in your confirmation and let the car park know you are ready for the shuttle once you have collected your luggage.

You can book up to 90 days ahead, and the maximum parking period is 30 days. Most lots also accept same-day bookings. For bookings further ahead or for longer periods, contact the parking lot directly — their details are in your confirmation email.

On arrival, you leave your car at the airport car park you booked, then its shuttle takes you to the airport drop-off point. After your return flight, the shuttle takes you back to your car. Journey times, departure arrangements and meeting points vary between car parks, so follow the car park’s guidance and the instructions in your confirmation email.

Yes. Use the car counter in the search form to book up to 6 cars in a single reservation. Each car requires its own licence plate when completing the booking.

The passenger counter in the search form lets you specify the total number of travellers in your group. This helps parking lots assign a large enough transfer vehicle for everyone.

When searching for a parking spot, enter the total number of passengers, including children. Parking lots are however fully prepared and can provide child seats for the transfer vehicle. This may be free or subject to a surcharge depending on the lot. If you need a child seat, please make sure to mention it in the comment field when booking.

Parking lots monitor incoming flights, but you always need to let them know when you are ready to be picked up. This is usually a quick phone call to the parking lot staff. The best time to call is once you have all your luggage and are heading to the meeting point. The meeting point is typically the pick-up zone in front of the terminal — the same spot where you were dropped off on departure. As a rule of thumb, aim to arrive at the car park at least 3 hours before your flight departs. However, your airline’s requirements, the transfer time from your chosen car park and expected traffic may mean you need more time.
